Joshua Smith is a poet, blogger, amateur potter, musician, New Monastic, a student at Central Baptist Theological Seminary in Shawnee, Kansas, and co-founder and coordinator of the CGS. He graduated in 2011 from Southeast Missouri State University with a degree in Creative Writing and a minor in Religious Studies. He is largely interested in liturgy, peace studies, and New Testament history. He currently lives in Liberty, Missouri, with his wife Alyssa and their two cats, So-So Friendly and Yare.
